IN THIS COURSE WE WILL GUIDE YOU THROUGH 8 HOURS OF INSTRUCTIONAL WORKSHOPS. YOU WILL BE ABLE TO CONTINUE YOUR TRAINING AT HOME. YOU DO NOT NEED A POLE FOR THIS COURSE. ALL YOU NEED IS A SMALL SPACE WHERE YOU CAN STRETCH AND A CHAIR. THIS COURSE IS DESIGNED TO GET YOU THROUGH LOCK DOWN IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO ATTEND A STUDIO OR LEAVE THE HOUSE.
This package is normally $250. An 8 class pass ($31.25 per class) for a limited time only we will be offering this package for 50% off $125. ($16 per class). We will release new content and 8 hour workouts as often as we can. So you can buy new classes and with new content to keep up to date and keep training.
This course is a series to work on at home and each class with have different content. You can watch each lesson as many times as you like. You can download it to your iphone, computer or laptop or stream it.
