In this tutorial Shimmy will go over all of the basics to getting started with back bending.
You will need blocks, a strap and a mat.
Make sure you tag #backbendswithmichelleshimmy so she can see your progress.
Push yourself to your own personal best. You can pause the video to stay on one stretch for longer periods of time if you need to. Remember to stretch slowly and only when warm. Have fun!
