In this video Maddie Sparkle will take you through the stretches she does for her back and hips. You will work on building up the strength to do some of her favourite moves. You will also work on hamstrings at the start. Muscles work in pairs so in this video you will be focusing on hips but will also need to do some hamstring stretches to get the best results.
Before attempting this video you need to be warm. Maddie recommends turning the heater on and going for a 20 minute run to get your body ready to stretch.
Push yourself to your own personal best. You can pause the video to stay on one stretch for longer periods of time if you need to. Remember to stretch slowly and only when warm. Have fun!
