In this video Maddie Sparkle will take you through a warm up and a selection of stretches Maddie does to improve her middle splits. You will need a mat, two blocks and a wall. Make sure you do the stretches along with Maddie as you watch.
In this video Maddie will give you easier versions of each exercise, if something is too difficult just wait for the easier version. Maddie will also give you versions of each exercise to make these exercises more difficult.
Push yourself to your own personal best. You can pause the video to stay on one stretch for longer periods of time if you need to. Remember to stretch slowly and only when warm. Make sure you do the warm up section along with Maddie.
