Before attempting any tricks in this tutorial you need to be warm. Magda recommends warming up for 20-30 minutes in order to be ready for anything! If you really want to take it to the next level, try one of our stretch tutorials before attempting this one.
Work at your own speed - you can pause the video to practice each trick for a little longer if you need to. Remember to be careful and safe. If something is too hard just skip it until you are ready.
