Acro Lap Dance with Michelle Shimmy
In this video Michelle Shimmy and George will teach you the art of Acrobatic Lap Dance, which you can easily do at home. All you need is a chair and a partner.
Before attempting this video you need to be warm. Shimmy recommends warming up for 20 minutes in order to be ready for anything! If you really want to take it to the next level, try a stretch tutorial with Shimmy before attempting this one.
Push yourself to your own personal lap dancing best. You can pause the video to stay on one practice each skill for a little longer if you need to. Remember to be careful and safe. This video is 22 mins and 55 secs. It is a not a beginner level video. The level is for Intermediate and beyond. To do this tutorial, you should be able to do a headstand against the wall, or better yet, freestanding (but not necessary). You should also be able to hold a plank position, and do a backbend/bridge. There will be a beginners video coming very soon!
