In this video Maddie Sparkle will take you through some of her favourite advanced pole tricks on spinning pole. You will work on building up the strength to do some of her favourite moves.
Before attempting this video you need to be warm. Maddie recommends warming up and stretching for 20 to 30 minutes before trying any of these moves.
Push yourself to your own personal best. You can pause the video to stay on one move for longer periods of time if you need to. Remember to go slowly and only attempt moves for your level.
